- You understand that all exercises, demonstrations, and training involve physical activity that carries inherent risks, including the risk of falls and injury.
- No guarantee is made to prevent any fall or any injury from a fall, nor any guarantee of outcome from your participation in the program.
- You are solely responsible for your own safety during practice and for determining whether you are physically fit to participate.
- Medical Clearance: Before starting any training, you must consult with your physician to ensure that the exercises are safe for your specific health conditions. If you have any concerns at any stage, consult with your physician before continuing.
- If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any discomfort, stop immediately. Resume only when your body is relaxed, and you feel safe to continue.
- Exercises must be performed without pain. If an exercise causes pain, skip it and move on to the next one. You can come back to it after a few days once your body is more relaxed and prepared.

3. Waiver of Liability
By participating in any of our programs, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the activities and agree to release and hold harmless Ido Laufer, any assistants, contractors, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from your participation, except in cases of proven negligence under Israeli law.

4. Disclaimer – No Guarantees
- Information and training materials are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.
- We do not warrant that the website, courses, or materials will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
- Your results depend on your personal circumstances, effort, and adherence to safety guidelines.

5. Payments
- We offer both full-payment and payment-plan options.
- For payment plans, access to the program may be provided before the full amount is paid.
- You agree to complete all payments according to the agreed schedule.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Unless otherwise stated on the product page, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- The binding refund policy for each product is the one published on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Certain products (including some low-cost items such as $10 products) may have a no-refund policy.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via the contact information on our website.
